What makes you get up and go?

This week we ask Hollyoaks stars Zoe Lister (Zoe Carpenter), Natalie Emmanuel (Sasha) and Melissa Walton (Loretta) what makes them get up and go.

HOW DO YOU KEEP FIT?

Natalie: At the gym.

Melissa: I go to the gym loads. I want to start boxing soon too as I have heard it is awesome.

Zoe: Running, yoga, swimming, classes. I try and mix it up to stave off the boredom!

BEST PLACE TO KEEP FIT?

Natalie: Again its the gym, it keeps me motivated.

Melissa: At the gym, running, and I love to exercise outside too to get fresh air.

Zoe: Outside on a sunny day or Greens gym.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR DIET

Natalie: Erm... Mainly meat and veg. I love fish and all sea food but I am guilty of loving a sneaky pizza.

Melissa: Loads of fruit and veg, fish, chicken and brown rice.

Zoe: Sporadic! I'm either really good or really naughty.

WHAT DO YOU KEEP IN YOUR FRIDGE?

Natalie: Not much!! Need to go shopping.

Melissa: Nothing! Need to go to Asda!!

Zoe: Chicken, prawns, Loads of houmous, veggies and salad.

ANY VICES?

Natalie: Crisps - especially quavers..... Skittles- but they make me go really hyperactive.

Melissa: Roses! Pic and mix and cakes.

Zoe: Desserts....
